We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

4. Return Process

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
